Tomato Sev Paratha

Ingredients

1tsp Oil
  • 1 cup Rathi Gold Tomato Sev
  • Finely chopped onions
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • Spices as per taste (Red chili powder, chaat masala and salt)
  • 1.5 cup wholewheat flour
  • 1 cup water

Method

  • In a bowl, gradually add water, wheat flour and knead to form a soft dough.
  • In another bowl, combine the spices, green chilies, onion, and Rathi Gold Tomato Sev for stuffing.
  • Divide the dough into 3 equal portions and roll them out into small disks.
  • Spoon the stuffing and grated cheese onto dough disks, seal the edges.
  • Roll out the parathas as evenly as possible.
  • Heat a frying pan and grease it with oil.
  • Cook the paratha, spooning oil over and around it, until both sides are slightly browned.
